DEFINITIONS

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meaning set out below:

• Key shall be used under supervision of site Head and then it shall be disposed off.
• The free Flats won will be of the lowest configuration in a given project, if the customer were to upgrade the flat won the same can be adjusted with a higher configuration flat by paying the difference amount.
• The customers are at liberty to opt for discount on the price/credit note in lieu of the prizes.
• Return trip to Amsterdam is applicable for married couple only and will be valid for the period of 3 months from the date of wining the prize. Any complaint w.r.t to the same shall not be entertained. The period of 3 months shall not be extended under any circumstances. Residential/Stay ad any other expenses are to be borne by the customer. The company shall not be responsible or liable for the same. In the event the customer after opting for the trip does not complete or undertake the travel and wishes to change the dates, company will not be liable to accommodate the same.
• Ex-showroom price applicable on the EV Vehicles.
• The offer will not be applicable to the employees of ASG, their families, CP and their family members. ASG reserves its right to withdraw the benefits of such offer if the same is discovered of being misused other than its intended purpose at any point of time.
• Offer valid from 3rd October, 2024 till boxes last.
• Keys to be distributed in Events and exhibitions & also to be available at all the sites
• ASG reserves its right to amend/alter/withdraw any or all of the offers at any time without assigning any reasons.
• Management decision shall be final & binding.
• All offers that refer to other brands would be solely ASG's responsibility & the brands have no stake in the same
• In case of any dispute pertaining to the offers, decision of ASG management shall be final.
