Sanjeev Agarwal

An Architect with Master’s Degree in Urban Design, Sanjeev Agarwal has over 25 years of experience and expertise in the field of Architectural Design, Interior Architecture and Landscape Design of several large-scale projects.

Sanjeev has recently joined Ashwin Sheth Group and he will be heading the design vertical of residential and commercial projects. He will be directing the design team in achieving design excellence, client servicing and adding value to the brand.

Prior to this, he was associated with renowned listed real estate companies such as Prestige Estates, Sunteck Realty, Oberoi Realty, Phoenix Mills and consultancy firms like Nisheil Shetty Consultants, and Shilpa & Gaurish Chandawarkar Architects, to name a few. His professional testimony is the successful delivery of projects with fresh design ideas. He firmly believes that the success of a project lies primarily in client satisfaction & and the key to achieving the same is through detail in design and delivering on time, while meeting the allocated outlay and being sensitive to society and the environment.

His expertise is in architecture including high-end and affordable residential developments, office buildings, mixed-use developments, and retail spaces. He has curated award-winning projects and is known for his innovative concepts, planning, strategy and delivery in the design practice.

An instrumental leader, he has earned his B. Arch from Rizvi College of Architecture, Mumbai, M. Arch from Rachana Sansad Institute of Urban & Regional Planning, Mumbai and Diploma in Business Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. Beyond work, he loves to read and write!
