He has recently joined Ashwin Sheth Group as Chief Project Officer and he will be handling strategic alignment of business through projects, programmers, and portfolios of existing and upcoming projects.

Mr. Deepak Naidu has comprehensive experience in the real estate industry and has apprehended multiple positions & demonstrated exceptional expertise in project management, site administration, construction management and team management. He has a proven delivery track record and first-hand knowledge of the entire real estate business.

Prior to this, he was associated with reputed real estate firms such as Hiranandani Groups, Mantri Developers, Rohan Builders, and Link House Industries. He played a vital role in project execution, time delivery of the projects, budgeting & cost estimation, project planning, construction operations, site safety and team management.
