1987
Mr. Ashwin Sheth along with able and strong support of Mr. Jitu and Mr. Vallabh Sheth founded the Sheth Group.
1987-2002
Forayed into residential real estate market in Mumbai, by developing path breaking projects such as the famous Vasant Complex in Kandivali East, Vasant Nagri, Vasant Valley, Vasant Leela, Vasant Galaxy and Vasant Marvel; thus setting a strong foothold in the market.
2009
After achieving tremendous success, Sheth Group chose to focus on luxury living spaces by launching Beaumonde in Prabhadevi, Mumbai. Today, it's one of Mumbai's signature developments that epitomizes luxury and class, built for the elite.
2010
Launched Vasant Lawns, a one-of-its-kind township project in Thane which not only explores the space inside out but is raised on a podium from ground level with high entrance lobbies. This resulted in the project receiving numerous awards.
2010
After successfully launching a residential project in Prabhadevi, Sheth Group forayed into commercial real estate market by giving Prabhadevi a best commercial address in the form of Sheth Cnergy.
2012
Re-christened and consolidated as Ashwin Sheth Group
2013
Launched Viviana Mall - a path-breaking project that catapulted Ashwin Sheth group into the league of majors as it showcased tremendous capabilities as an all-round developer.
2016
The 50 acre micro location in the centre of thane was re-christened as Thane's Platinum Belt which houses Ashwin Sheth Group's premium projects such as Sheth Avalon, Sheth Zuri, Sheth Cnergy, Vasant Lawns and Viviana Mall.
2016
After Beaumonde, Ashwin Sheth Group launched another luxury project - Sheth Avalon, ensconced on Thane's Platinum Belt. It is a home to luxe design and architecture where celebrity designers such as Sussanne Khan has worked some magic to give a majestic feel to the entire project.
2020
After giving Prabhadevi it's best commercial address, Ashwin Sheth group launched Sheth Cnergy - a premium commercial destination in Thane on Thane's Platinum Belt. Strategically located, it is perfectly positioned to be a bustling new centre of commerce.
